The inspector General of police Usman Alkali Baba has ordered the removal of road blocks on Lagos-Benin Ore roads to allow easy flow of traffic. The exercise of dismantling roadblocks on the highway was led by the Ondo state commissioner of police, Oyeyemi Oyediran. Oyediran expressed that the aim is to ensure that the checkpoints do not become a nuisance to motorists and other road users.
