Today is World Asthma Day, a day set aside by the international community to raise awareness on the need to care and support those diagnosed with the ailment. The theme for this year’s celebration, Asthma Education Empowers, highlights the importance of educating individuals with asthma to better manage their condition and recognize when medical intervention is necessary. In this special report, our correspondent, Ifeoma Nwankwo, spoke with some medical doctors on ways to manage the disease.
