The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested the Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo. He was arrested around 9 am this morning at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos. According to sources who related the situation to news correspondent, noted that, he was picked up by the EFCC officials to answer questions bordering on alleged financial crimes. The source who also explained that the commission had severally invited the speaker but failed to honour the invitations have been taken to the EFCC’s Lagos office for further questioning.
