Russia has accused Ukraine of an attempt to attack Moscow region with drones. The Kremlin said Russian military intercepted three drones on their approach to military warehouses. However the Ukrainian government denied the allegation, insisting that its forces are gaining some ground towards Melitopol and Berdyansk, as fighting continues in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Meanwhile, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is expected to unveil a major package for Ukraine, including three billion pounds of additional guarantees to unlock World Bank lending, at a London summit aimed at rebuilding efforts.
