After ten weeks of drama, strategy and headline-making moments, Imisi has been officially crowned the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10, taking home the season’s grand prize.
The live grand finale — hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu — played out on Sunday night, October 5, with studio fans and millions of viewers online waiting for the final announcement. Ebuka led the evening’s performances, eviction recaps and the moment the winner’s name was revealed.
The show’s organisers set this season’s prize at ₦150 million, the largest single BBNaija prize to date; reports say Imisi will walk away with the full package of cash and sponsor prizes announced for season 10.
Imisi emerged from a field of 29 housemates whose run was notable for weekly twists, high-stakes tasks and several viral moments. Coverage of the finale described her as a fan favourite whose combination of resilience and relatability won wide support.
The final showdown came down to Imisi and Dede; Dede finished as runner-up while Koyin was reported as the third-placed housemate after a series of finale-night evictions. The night featured musical performances and rapid-fire eliminations before the final two were revealed and Imisi’s victory confirmed.
In her victory moment, Imisi thanked supporters and pledged gratitude to fellow housemates and fans who voted throughout the season; social media filled immediately with congratulatory messages and trending hashtags celebrating her win.
