The deputy minority leader and member representing Aninri/Awgu/Oji-River Constituency in the House of Representatives, Toby Okechukwu has paid the WAEC fees of six hundred students. He made the payment over the weekend through his non-governmental organisation, Toby Okechukwu Foundation, during the 2021 Annual Edition of Educational Empowerment Programme at the Rosary High Secondary School in Awgu.
